Andrew has been a leader for Pronto Progress since the '80s. His greatest asset provided to clientele is solving their real painful, complex business problems. Andy is an avid hiker who enjoys playing sports, specifically volleyball and softball.

Shortcoming: Andy is a results-oriented leader and has found that he can be impatient with those who are not.
Susan Kingsley
President
Palatka, FL
Susan is a behind the scenes helpful hand with HR and non-software related tasks. She has been licensed in real estate since 1990, with a license held in LA, MO, WI, and FL & has held a Broker Associate license since 1997. Susan successfully brings human interaction and market conditions to light. Her prior food artist/pastry cook experience offers right-brain creative thinking.
Jason Fenner
CFO
Fort Atkinson, WI
Jason is our go-to guy for making sure things get done, and his exceptional attention to detail facilitates this. Jason provides front-end financial support to both internal and external parties and manages the financial operations of the company, optimizes company processes and policies, and most importantly, maximizes the company’s savings. During his free time, Jason enjoys the outdoors, regardless of the weather, either camping, hunting, or fishing. He enjoys coaching basketball, baseball, and softball and provides youth level athletic experience to children.

Shortcoming: In the past, Jason struggled with procrastination when projects weren't given a completion time. To remedy this, he likes to give all tasks a due date so they don't get put on the back burner.
Patty Ford
Vice President of Development

Patty understands how all business processes relate to finance and financial reporting. She utilizes her previous Business Analyst and Finance experience to draw connections in how decisions affect different pieces within a company. In her free time, Patty enjoys being with her family, seeing the country on road trips, and knitting.

Shortcoming: Because Patty doesn’t want to step on a company’s toes, it can take her a little time to speak up in meetings and make recommendations for improvement.
Dwayne Jackson

Dwayne is a proven leader with Pronto Progress for his willingness to tackle the toughest and most complex issues, among many other things. In his free time, Dwayne enjoys cooking, traveling, and all things basketball.

Shortcoming: A yes-man, Dwayne at times, can take on too much at once and has difficulty balancing all of his tasks due to this.
Christopher Blades

Chris is an accomplished educator, not only will he be able to implement new technologies for you, he'll be an asset teaching them to you. Beyond the realm of being an overworked VP, Chris enjoys astronomy, reading (science only), and before he became old, cricket.

Equipped with project knowledge and know-how, Andrew instills confidence in new clients, sustains transparency, and ensures expectations are set and maintained. When he's not working you'll find Andrew at concerts and sporting events cheering on the Buccaneers, Brewers, and Milwaukee Bucks.

Shortcoming: Being a perfectionist, Andrew has found that aside from the positives of being one, that nothing is ever good enough, and too much time can be spent on the details.
Eric is an expert at creating systems based on business processes and policies, understanding complex systems with limited knowledge, and translating client needs and wants to actionable tasks/ projects. In his free time, you'll catch him watching Buccaneers football and Miami Heat basketball.
Specialties: Formtrap, C#, Epicor, WebSpeed, HTML, QAD, Progress 4GL, SSRS Reporting.

Shortcoming: Eric prefers to jump right into a project rather than planning it out.
Fellipe is a patient teacher and clients have found themselves benefitting from that. He takes pleasure in his ability to listen to client's needs, understand what they ask for, and teach them throughout the entirety of their relationship. Outside of Pronto Progress, Fellipe finds himself listening to classic rock, watching a good comedy series on Netflix, and playing video games.

Shortcoming: When it comes to paperwork people think they need to keep everything, Fellipe is not the exception and it can lead to him being unorganized.
Francisco excels at listening to his clients needs and implementing those needs into his assigned work. He's very comfortable working as a client-facing Software Architect from project start to finish. Francisco spends his free time with family, in a previous life he used to enjoy playing videogames.

Shortcomings: Formatting text onto pages and explaining his thoughts in ways that listeners can interpret.
Jose, being an excellent listener and methodical problem solver, understands that not every client has the same needs and wants. Jose has over 25 years of experience, and when not at his computer, you will often find him being a backyard astronomer, playing wargames, and cooking.

Shortcoming: Jose has a tendency to be impatient with his colleagues, he's found that helping those members of the team with their problems can help propel the project forward instead of him being frustrated and doing nothing.
Josh is never afraid of the unknown, he relishes the opportunity to dive into a client's systems blind to get things working again. Outside of the office, Josh spends his free time playing video games which helps his problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Shortcoming: A detail-oriented person, Josh struggles with a fixation on the small things.
Lu embraces her business and technology background to better serve our clients. She's able to quickly and efficiently understand business processes and turn client's needs into reality. Lu enjoys playing with her cat LuoLuo, watching movies, and playing guitar.

Shortcoming: The one thing that Lu struggles with is attention to detail.
Martin takes pride in his ability to communicate with clients. He offers transparency and continuous updates for each and every client. Martin spends his free time hiking, cooking, and cheering on his Chicago Bears.

Shortcomings: Martin's struggles revolve around his organizational abilities and keeping his workplace clean and clear of clutter.
Shariq genuinely puts clients first, whatever they need he's here to get it done. There have been countless instances where Shariq has worked during non-business hours as it was more convenient for clientele. A green thumb, Shariq takes advantage of the beautiful Florida weather where he enjoys gardening, practicing photography, and travel.

Shortcoming: As with many Software Engineers, Shariq is a detail-oriented person, he struggles with a fixation on the small things.
Nadia is one of the most thorough Software Architects you'll ever meet, she leaves no stone unturned. Meaning you only have to ask her once and the job will be straightened out the first time.

Shortcoming: Nadia can be shy at first and takes a little bit of time to open up.
Teena had aspirations of becoming a teacher, instead, she found Pronto Progress. She enjoys teaching clientele new processes and systems so that they can understand its use. Teena can be found after work quilting, traveling, and reading anything that keeps her attention.

Shortcoming: A yes-woman, Teena at times, can take on too much at once and has difficulty balancing all of her tasks due to this.
Yannik enjoys being a versatile plug and play player, he's able to succeed in various roles throughout the office. Being able to listen to and bring to fruition client's needs is one of his strong suits. Yannik is a passionate sports enthusiast, avid fisherman, and outdoorsman, who enjoys exploring other cultures through cooking and travel.
Specialties: Adobe Suite, Marketing Strategy and Implementation, Copywriting, and Content Creation.

Shortcoming: Yannik tends to be monotonous in his day-to-day verbal communications.
