Meet Hunter Kingsley, the President Emeritus of Pronto Progress. Hunter really enjoys working for customers who have a clear vision of where they want to go and how they want to get there, as he finds it rewarding to help his customers achieve that vision. His favorite customer is Mike Casto from Service Wire as he is down to earth, direct/clear with his requirements and easy to communicate with. Hunter's favorite project has been working on a quality control system, which he had the chance to do for Mike Casto at Service Wire, and for Gene Bunge at Ladish. Donna Bennett and her boss, Al Derga of JI Case in Racine, Wisconsin also ranks at the top of fun projects. This particular project was a 200+ company store system selling and renting agricultural and construction equipment in Canada and throughout the US. Hunter tries to lead by example hoping to instill and maintain a corporate culture of serving clients personally and professionally. Hunter seems always to be reading or learning and he probably vexes a few employees with constantly applying this knowledge within Pronto Progress. Most of the folks at Pronto have learned to live with it. Hunter is humbled and extremely thankful to have many great people working for him like Andrew Wasilczuk, Patty Ford, Dwayne Johnson, Chris Blades, and Jason Fenner and he knows Pronto Progress’ success is a product of each employee’s hard work and dedication to the mission of straightening out clients' problems. When able, Hunter enjoys programming and some serious problem-solving services. Finally, Hunter gets to call on employees for technical help when he needs it. Having Francisco Amador or Chris Blades or Muhammed Shariq a button away is a great stress reliever. It’s a perk of being one of the owners.
